What is a Liberty Rent Guarantee Contract?

Liberty Rent Guarantee is a financial co-signor that pays the rent, when the tenant doesn't. Who do we cover? Typically, we co-sign with applicants who have less-than-perfect credit histories, low income to rent ratios, or poor job stability. We can't help people with criminal records, or open bankruptcies, but we often help most others.

What does it cost the property? Nothing, the tenant pays our fee. That's right. With Liberty Rent Guarantee, Landlords can transfer risk to a third-party at no additional cost. With Liberty, you are able to rent to more applicants and retain more profits when using our rent guarantee contracts.

How Does it Work?

  1. Your property becomes a provider of Liberty Rent Guarantee Contracts. You can contact our customer service department to sign up on our website.
  2. When you have an applicant that just doesn't quite meet your standards, you share with them Liberty as an alternative.
  3. The applicant submits an application to Liberty. If the candidate is approved, Liberty will guarantee up to 6 months of rent if the tenant defaults, skips or is evicted.
  4. We also have systems automation options so that your applicants can be processed through one of our strategic tenant screening partners, and automatically sent to us if denied.
